Our Mission is to provide young people in Zimbabwe and Africa with an environment that enhances our capacity to contribute positively towards the development of a future with more open and knowledgeable leaders better at expressing issues whether they are social or intellectual. We believe a better polished youth today enables a better leadership tomorrow and such polishing can be done today through enhancing their capacity in those activities in which we currently participate and increasing their awareness of what is occurring around us.

Our vision is to nurture intellectual talent in young people, improve our debating skills, encourage youth participation in the community and corporate sector and create for ourselves opportunities through which to apply our life-learned skills. Our thrust is to find the best in young people and to ensure that we are groomed into better leaders of tomorrow, through the skills we possess.
