The main objective of the Capacity Building programs of the Forum is to assist young people to enhance their skills be they academic, social or entrepreneurial. The Forum aims to create a generation of exceptional citizens with the ability to compete internationally in their areas of expertise. To this end, we offer programmes that enable young people to be exposed to the world as it is.

To achieve this end we have a separate network of young people who have started their own companies. It is called the young Entrepreneurs’ Network. Young business owners subscribe to our network so as to be linked with other young business owners, get advice on business techniques as well as attend workshops we organise to promote business co-operation in young people. They also get to market themselves directly to our Young Leaders Network which is a great employment and marketing pool.

Our vision is to create a network of young experts who can put into practice their skills and ideas, young people who realise that the world has become a competitive village which requires great innovation and an ability to explore new horizons.

Our foremost objective is build the competitive capacity of young people in areas of law, accounts, entrepreneurship, innovation and many other areas of academic potential. We are driven by the desire to create a more competitive generation willing and able to tackle the various challenges that confront them.

Social Awareness
It is our hope that in being competitive, young people use their enhanced skills to solve the real problems affecting their communities. The Forum believes that it is through the active participation and contribution of young people that communities in Zimbabwe and Africa can get really solutions to issues affecting them.

Creativity
Our goal is to ensure that in all our programs, young people are more creative and innovative. In a rapidly developing world, innovation has become the hallmark of progress and it is vital that young people partake on all their activities with creativity.
