Lorin Woolfe

Lorin Woolfe is our Honorary Rector.  For 20 years, he has provided career counselling and coaching to thousands of individuals as they dealt with job difficulty, career change, organizational change or job loss. He was formerly Vice President of Drake Beam Morin, the world's largest career counselling firm, where he wrote all the company's career manuals. He has also been associated with three other major career counselling firms.

Lorin has authored a series of articles on career management for the National Business Employment Weekly and an article on coaching for Strategic Finance Magazine. He is co-author of Answers to the 50 Most Asked Interview Questions and Selection Interviewing (DBM Publishing). He is also the author of The Bible on Leadership (American Management Association, 2002), for which he has been interviewed on over 20 different radio stations.

Lorin's corporate experience includes human resource positions with Manufacturers Hanover Trust, Deloitte and Touche, The institute of Management Accountants and The American Management Association. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) and has also conducted a psychotherapy practice for 25 years.



Ruvimbo Gavhera


Ruvimbo Gavhera is in her final stages of obtaining her CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditors) certification. She holds a degree in B.Compt (Honours in Accounting Sciences - CTA) from the University of South Africa. She is currently employed by Price Waterhouse Coopers – an auditing firm as a senior associate. Her expertise includes the performance of risk assessment procedures, project management of audits and coaching of junior members of audit teams, among other things. Miss Gavhera has performed Financial and IT audits for various entities within the economy of the country.

Ronald Chari


Mr Chari is a holder of a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Zimbabwe. He has experience in Public International Law, Industrial and Intellectual Property Law, Environmental Law, Constitutional and Development Law. Mr Chari sits on the Board of Trustees of the Centre for Applied Legal Research, an academic institution that specializes in applied legal research and offers training services on issues of law and development.
